Motorcycle Electrics | Fuse Panel & Switches
The 1977 Kawasaki KZ650 Cafe Racer gets an electrical upgrade as we replace the original fuse setup, look at the regulator-rectifier and fit new custom handlebar switches.
The electrical system is reviewed in detail, including the combined regulator-rectifier unit that replaces the separate original components. We install a new fuse panel and replace the old fuse arrangement with a cleaner, more practical setup for the restomod build.
The handlebar controls are also upgraded with new custom switches, while we investigate LED lighting options for the KZ650. It is another important step in modernising the electrical system while keeping the bike's custom cafe racer design clean and functional.
