Modern LED Headlight Installation - Cafe Racer

The 1977 Kawasaki KZ650 Cafe Racer gets a modern LED headlight fitted, along with a USB power outlet for the GPS speedometer and changes to the wiring and fuse arrangement.

We install the new LED headlight into the KZ650's custom front end, working through the fittings and mounting arrangement before testing the light. The upgrade gives the classic Kawasaki a more modern lighting setup while keeping the cafe racer design clean.

The bike also gets a USB power outlet to provide power for the GPS speedometer, while inline fuses are fitted as part of the work to return the wiring closer to the original arrangement. The custom cafe racer seat is also checked as the final assembly continues.

With the headlight installed and tested, the KZ650 is another step closer to becoming a finished and usable custom motorcycle.
