Custom LED Rear Light & Exhaust | Cafe Racer

The 1977 Kawasaki KZ650 Cafe Racer gets its custom LED rear light and exhaust fitted as the build moves into the final stages, alongside the finishing work on the candy paint, fuel system and controls.

The custom exhaust gets its final fitting with new crush gaskets in place, while the custom LED rear light is installed alongside the freshly painted bodywork. We also fit new fuel lines and carburetor connections, new brake and clutch levers and custom billet foot pegs.

The custom candy paint receives its final 2K gloss clearcoat and graphics, while the GPS speedometer and other electrical components are tested as the KZ650 continues towards final assembly. With the major fabrication and paintwork now complete, these smaller details are starting to pull the whole custom cafe racer together.
