BMW K75 Cafe Racer Frame Fabrication | Custom Seat & ECU Relocation

The BMW K75 cafe racer build is starting to take shape, with the rear frame, seat and overall proportions finally beginning to look like a finished motorcycle. This stage of the build is focused heavily on fabrication.

Different ideas for modifying the rear frame are explored before moving on to fabricating a custom motorcycle seat pan and working out how the upholstery and seat shape will fit the new rear section.

With space becoming increasingly limited, the BMW K75 ECU is also relocated to create a cleaner layout and free up room around the frame and seat. A pipe bender comes into play as the rear frame continues to be reshaped and refined.

The combination of the shortened frame, custom seat and new fabrication work is starting to transform the K75 from its original bulky touring-bike proportions into the lightweight, minimalist cafe racer envisioned for the project.
