BMW K75 Cafe Racer Seat Upholstery | Custom Motorcycle Seat

One of the biggest visual changes in a cafe racer build comes from the seat, and after fabricating the custom seat pan for the BMW K75, it's finally time to start upholstering it.

This stage of the build focuses on shaping the seat foam, fitting the upholstery and working out how to cover the curves of a one-off custom seat. Getting the material to sit correctly around the different shapes isn't quite as straightforward as it might look, with some particularly difficult curves needing extra attention.

There's also some more work on the rear of the motorcycle, including test fitting the LED tail light and experimenting with the final position for the BMW K75 ECU.

The goal is a clean, minimalist cafe racer seat that follows the lines of the modified rear frame while remaining practical and comfortable enough to ride.
