BMW K75 Wiring Guide | Relays, Fuses, Wiring Diagram & ABS Removal

The electrical system on the BMW K75 can look pretty intimidating when you first start stripping the bike down. This part of the cafe racer build is all about working out what everything does before deciding what can stay, what can go, and what needs to be simplified.

This episode starts by identifying the various BMW K75 relays and fuses, then works through the factory wiring and wiring diagram to make sense of how the different systems are connected.

With the bike being converted into a custom cafe racer, there's also plenty of unnecessary factory wiring to deal with. The ABS wiring harness is one of the systems being removed, helping to reduce clutter and simplify the electrical system.
