BMW K75 MAF Sensor Conversion & Cafe Racer Upgrades

The BMW K75 cafe racer build is starting to come together, with this episode covering a mixture of mechanical upgrades, fabrication and cosmetic work.

After discovering the problems caused by removing the original airflow sensor, this stage of the build introduces a MAF sensor conversion kit designed to provide a cleaner intake setup while retaining the airflow measurement the BMW K75 fuel-injection system needs.

There's also progress on the exhaust, fuel tank mounts and front end, including looking at shortening the forks and modifying the front mudguard.

With the major mechanical changes underway, attention turns to the appearance of the bike. The engine and rear wheel are cleaned and painted, while the front mudguard gets a custom candy paint finish.
