BMW K75 Cafe Racer | Clip-Ons, Exhaust & Brake Rebuild

The BMW K75 cafe racer is getting closer to looking like a finished motorcycle, with this stage of the build covering a mixture of mechanical work, controls and styling details.

The custom exhaust gets fitted, while clip-on handlebars change the riding position and give the K75 a much more aggressive cafe racer stance. Grips, cables and switchgear are then fitted around the new controls.

There's plenty happening elsewhere on the bike too. The front mudguard is modified and fitted with mesh, the custom cafe racer seat angle is explored, and tire lettering adds another small styling detail.

On the mechanical side, the transmission and driveshaft get attention, coolant hoses are fitted, and the BMW K75 brake calipers are refurbished.
