The Tink Customs Workshop Is Growing

The Tink Customs Workshop is starting to take shape — and it's becoming more than just a place to collect motorcycle build videos.

We've been putting together a growing collection of tips, tools, techniques and motorcycle parts based on the things that actually come up when you're building, modifying, repairing and restoring motorcycles. After all, every project eventually leads to the same questions: How do I do this? What tool do I need? And where can I find the right part?

Tips & Techniques is where we'll collect the practical how-to stuff — the jobs, tricks and techniques that can make working on a motorcycle a little easier. From fabrication and fiberglass work to fitting parts and solving those awkward workshop problems, this section will grow alongside the projects in the Tink Customs garage.

Tools & Equipment is exactly what it sounds like: the workshop gear that helps get the job done. Some of it is basic equipment that belongs in almost every motorcycle garage, while other items are more specialised tools that become useful once you start taking on bigger custom builds.

And then there are the Motorcycle Parts. This is where we're building a practical resource for sourcing components for custom motorcycles, cafe racers, restorations and repairs. Controls, electrical parts, fuel and intake components, exhausts, suspension, chassis parts, seats and more will be added as we come across products worth knowing about.

The aim isn't to create a giant catalogue of everything you could possibly buy for a motorcycle. It's to build something genuinely useful — a place to find the information, tools and parts that can help get the next job done.

The Workshop is still very much a work in progress, and we'll keep adding to it as new Tink Customs projects create new problems to solve, new tools to use and, inevitably, more parts to buy.
