New Website for Motorcycle Projects
Tink’s Garage is getting a new home on the web — built by Tink and his increasingly opinionated AI sidekick, with the aim of making it much more than just a place to watch the videos. We’re starting with the current Time Lapse series, following the projects as they happen, but over the coming months the site will grow into a proper archive of the Garage.
We’ll be adding the older projects, then working our way through every episode, documenting not just what happened in each build but all the useful stuff that goes along with it:
- parts
- tools
- suppliers
- wiring diagrams
- measurements
- how-tos
and the things that are hopefully useful when you’re tackling something similar yourself.
And there’s a fair bit to catch up on. The Garage has included cars as well as custom motorcycle projects, there's the Lister Bell Lancia Stratos, Porsche 944 Lemons racer, Bel Air Rat Rod, fabrication projects, tool reviews and plenty of other two- and four-wheeled experiments along the way.
Motorcycle Cafe Racer Projects:
- MV Agusta 750F4 2000
- Ducati Monster 2006
- Honda CB750 1978
- Suzuki GS550 1981
- Kawasaki KZ650 1977
- Honda CB750 1982
- Moto Guzzi 850 1975
- Honda CB350 Scrambler 1971
- BMW K75 Cafe Racer 1994
- Honda CB750 1979
The idea is to bring all of that together in one place, episode by episode and project by project, so whether you’ve just discovered Tink’s Garage or have been following along for years, there’s eventually somewhere to go when you want to see how something was built, find a part, track down a diagram — or just see what sort of trouble we got ourselves into this time.
